Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canadian courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
